Open the app, choose a file, preview the result, then use the workspace tools for compression, merge, extract, signing, redaction, or export.
Can BitePDF help name files for school or company submissions?›
Yes. Use the agent to request patterns like student-number_name_date.pdf, company_project_invoice.pdf, or any required filing format before download.
What should I do if my export failed?›
Keep the browser tab open if possible, note the plan, approximate checkout time, browser/device, and failed workflow details. Do not paste sensitive IDs or attach private PDFs.
Can I convert PNG, Word, PowerPoint, or PDF files?›
BitePDF exposes conversion workflows in the tools catalog and routes them through the document agent when the browser workspace needs file-specific context.

Is BitePDF safe to use?›
BitePDF is designed around browser-first document work and preview-before-export checkout. Avoid sending sensitive PDFs to support unless we ask for a safe reproduction file.
Where does BitePDF store my documents?›
The editor keeps recent work in the current browser session/workspace. Account-scoped memory should not replay for anonymous users.
Does BitePDF support sign-in?›
Yes. Clerk sign-in is used for account and checkout flows, and the editor can preserve the prepared export after checkout returns.
How do I redact or protect sensitive details?›
Use erase/redact tools for visible content, then ask the agent to review the page for sensitive names, IDs, metadata, or sharing risks before export.

How do I cancel or change my plan?›
Open Settings and use Manage billing for Stripe invoices, payment methods, and Pro cancellation. If the portal cannot find your customer record, send the plan name and approximate checkout time through support.
Can I request a refund?›
Yes. Include the plan, approximate payment time, and what failed. Refund requests are reviewed from the payment/support trail.
Is my credit card information stored by BitePDF?›
Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. BitePDF should not ask you to send card details through support.
Which plan should I use?›
Use 7-Day Access for one urgent file, 1-Month Access for a short batch, and Pro for repeated forms, signatures, stamps, workflows, and presets.
