Refund Policy
Effective May 1, 2026
Simple rule
If BitePDF charged you and the paid export or paid workflow did not work, contact us within 7 days and we will review a refund. We want failed exports and accidental duplicate charges resolved quickly.
Usually refundable
- A paid export failed and no usable file was delivered.
- A duplicate checkout was charged by mistake.
- You were charged after canceling and can show the cancellation happened before renewal.
Usually not refundable
- The file was successfully downloaded or emailed and the service worked as shown.
- You changed your mind after using a paid export or subscription period.
- A file could not be compressed further because it was already optimized.
Subscriptions
You can cancel subscriptions through Stripe billing support. Cancellation stops future renewal; refunds for already-paid subscription periods are reviewed case by case.
How to request
Email pdfmail@agentmail.to with the account email, approximate payment time, and what failed. Do not include full sensitive PDFs unless we ask for a safe reproduction file.
