Service

BitePDF provides browser-based PDF compression, editing, merge, extract, signature, and paid export workflows. You are responsible for having the right to process and modify the files you upload.

Privacy-sensitive documents

BitePDF is built for preview-first document work, but you are responsible for deciding whether a file is appropriate to process, email, link, or share. Do not send card numbers, passwords, private identity documents, or highly sensitive PDFs to support unless a safe reproduction file is specifically needed.

Paid access

Paid plans unlock exports, parallel lanes, and premium workflows shown at checkout. Stripe is the merchant payment processor and may apply taxes, card checks, fraud review, or subscription rules.

Share links

File-to-link features upload selected files to create public URLs. You are responsible for the files you link, who receives those links, and whether the content is legal and safe to distribute. Do not use share links for malware, abuse, spam, copyright infringement, or confidential files you are not allowed to share.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscription access renews until canceled. Canceling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a period that has already started. If something failed, contact support and we will review it under the refund policy.

No guaranteed legal effect

E-signature and redaction tools are provided as document editing tools. Verify that the output satisfies your legal, compliance, and security requirements before relying on it.

AI features

AI document planning and OCR-style review are workflow aids. They may miss text, misunderstand a document, or suggest settings that need your review. You must confirm the final PDF before exporting, especially for legal, tax, financial, medical, identity, or other sensitive documents.

AI output is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice. Use the agent to organize the workflow, then rely on your own review or a qualified professional for regulated decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use BitePDF to process documents you do not have permission to use, to commit fraud, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the service. We may limit access for abuse, payment fraud, security risk, or illegal activity.

Availability

BitePDF is provided on an as-available basis. Browser, PDF, payment, authentication, and email providers can affect results. Keep your own backup of important documents.
