Why is my PDF still above 100KB?

A target is not a guarantee. Many scans contain more image detail than 100KB can hold legibly. Try a lower-resolution source scan, remove unnecessary pages, or ask the recipient whether separate files or a larger limit are accepted.

Does buying access reduce the file further?
